This project was carried out for David Lewis and Claire Carter. Our involvement was as project managers organising individual sub contractors and purchasing client supplied materials, for the envelope only. The project comprised of the construction of a Potton detached timber frame house on a green field site.
The house was constructed on traditional strip foundations with a beam & Block floor and traditional timber frame with part stone and part render facades, under a Spanish slate roofs and natural stone features.
