This project was carried out for James Bow Associates. Our involvement was as project managers organising individual sub contractors and purchasing client supplied materials, offering a NHBC 10 year guarantee to all houses. The project comprised of the construction of 2 houses with associated drives, drains and services.
The site is constructed on an old contractor’s yard in the village of Three Cocks, Near Brecon, Powys. The houses were constructed on traditional strip foundations and ground bearing slab with a Custom Homes traditional timber frame with part face brick and part render facades, under an eternit slate roofs.
