This project was carried out for James Bow Associates. Our involvement was a project managers organising individual sub contractors and purchasing client supplied materials, offering a NHBC 10 year guarantee to all houses. The project comprised of the construction of 24 houses – 18 semi detached and 6 terraced along with site road and associated drains and services.
The site is constructed on a green fields site in the village of Knucklas near Knighton, POWYS. The initial phase was constructed from traditional timber frame with face brick facades, eternity slate roofs and reconstituted stone features. The later phases are constructed with the use of Custom Homes SIPS (structural insulates panels) which have higher energy efficiency.
